LISI hereby publishes its privacy statement regarding its provisions for collecting data under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Data

Legal Innovation for Sustainable Investments (LISI) is a foundation in the course of incorporation that will be registered by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

What data do we collect and how do we collect it?

LISI might collect personal identification data such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and website data. LISI only collects data that is directly provided by you, for example by registering for our newsletter, sending us an e-mail or otherwise contacting us, or using or viewing our website.

Website data

LISI or its partners (e.g. like Google or Mailchimp) might collect cookies for the functionality and statistics of its website and/or marketing purposes. Cookies will be stored no longer than necessary. You are able to change your cookie settings through your website browser.

How will we be using your data?

Data might be used for marketing purposes, keeping you up to date about LISI developments and other interesting legal news, or executing assignments provided by you. LISI might work together with third parties for administrative- or marketing purposes. You agree that your data may be used as long as LISI and third parties comply with the GDPR.

How do we store your data?

Data acquired by LISI will be kept in a cloud in which technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure data is secured for loss, theft or other unlawful processing. Your data will be stored as long as is necessary for the services provided by LISI, after which they will be carefully destroyed.

Opt-out

If your data is received for marketing purposes, you may always opt-out at any later date. If you no longer wish to receive our e-mails, please find your opt-out at the bottom of each e-mail. You can also opt-out by sending us an e-mail at info@lisi-law.eu.

Data protection rights
