LISI was co-founded and is managed by senior professionals with extensive experience in impact investing, responsible business and ESG. Everyone volunteers their time and energy alongside their primary jobs.
LISI’s volunteer co-creators are professionals working in impact investment, as legal counsels for impact investment funds and for companies and social enterprises – or law firms representing both. They have extensive experience as transaction and dispute counsel in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, at various levels of seniority.
Between us, we speak over 10 languages and represent dozens of nationalities and backgrounds.
